- Consultations are free of charge.


We take a £50 deposit when booking a Yuko or Digital Perm to ensure that your appointment is secure. The £50 will be taken off the total amount at the end of the service.


Cancellation or booking an alternate date for the Yuko or Digital Perm will be accepted up to 72 hours / 3 days (excluding Sundays) prior to your scheduled appointment.


We cannot accept cancellations or booking for the Yuko or Digital Perm of alternate dates within 48 hours / 2 days (excluding Sundays) of your scheduled appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.


Late arrival (45 minutes over your scheduled appointment) will be considered as a cancellation (this only applies to Yuko and / or Digital Perm).
